fix(dialog): 优化数据分布对话框中的数据查询和处理逻辑- 为未查询到信息的字段设置空字符串默认值

- 调整采购单实际时间的类型为 Ysr8_ProjectDocRevision
- 优化数据查询逻辑，为未查询到的信息增加分母+1处理
- 移除未使用的注释代码
